Adminstrative Core

The Administrative Core ensures the cohesive operation and strategic alignment of the entire Research Unit.

Program Oversight
This core is responsible for monitoring the scientific and administrative progress of all sub-projects and cores to ensure milestones are met.
Facilitating Collaboration
It manages inter-institutional communication, scheduling monthly virtual meetings and annual in-person gatherings for investigators.

Training and Outreach
The core coordinates laboratory rotations for trainees, manages visits from outside scientific consultants, and oversees the dissemination of research through publications and the program website.

External Advisory Committee (EAC)
It facilitates semi-annual meetings with a committee of Key Opinion Leaders to provide feedback on research quality and identify new scientific opportunities.
